Forgiven?

This morning I listened to the “live” confession of Tiger Woods on national television.  By now we all know the story…it has created national attention among the media.  Where did Tiger go wrong?  I suppose we will all have our opinions, ideas, and advise.  The sad part of his story is that it could happen to anyone!  In the scripture there’s a story of a great man who is described as “a man after God’s own heart.”  King David fell…and so could you!  I think we get into a position in life where we don’t pay attention and we become “at risk” to anything!

Pay Attention!

There are many distractions in life…money, fortune, fame, popularity, selfishness, boredom, and the list goes on and on and on!  We get distracted and become vulnerable to doing things that could destroy our lives (and the lives of others).  So PAY ATTENTION….You could be next!

Sometimes there are no warning signs.  Pay Attention!

Don’t Ever Forget!

After coming off another Christmas season, I have to ask….has it been easy for you to forget about Jesus?  I mean, it just seems when I look around that everyone has a focus; making a living, education, activities, sports, purchasing a new car or house, and the list goes on and on!

In some cases, even going to church could be placed on the list. Could it be possible that we could even forget Him there…in church? Anything (and any place or any person) can become a distraction if we allow it.  Yes, even good things, good places, and good people! Whatever we do, let’s make certain we never forget what Christ has done for us…and let’s take every opportunity to get to know Him better!
